Restore a Monday backup and roll forward to Tuesday evening

I took full backups via RMAN on Monday and Wednesday. I would like restore the Monday backup and then roll the database forward to Tuesday evening. Also, I would like to know how to perform an RMAN restore/recovery using the *tag* name.

I took full backups via RMAN on Monday and Wednesday. I would like restore the Monday backup and then roll the database forward to Tuesday evening. Can you please provide me with the steps to follow? Also, I would like to know how to perform an RMAN restore/recovery using the *tag* name. If the *tag* name is used, will that be the only backup restored/recovered?
RMAN will automatically determine which backup to use for restoring the datafiles. Since you want to roll forward up until Tuesday evening, RMAN will ignore the Wednesday backup.To restore to a specific point in time, use commands similar to the following:
STARTUP MOUNT;

SET UNTIL TIME "TO_DATE('02/08/06 23:59','MM/DD/YY HH24:MI')";

RESTORE DATABASE;

RECOVER DATABASE;

ALTER DATABASE OPEN RESETLOGS;
