Recovering a table dropped after backup was taken

How to recover a table that was dropped after the hot backup was taken?

How to recover a table that was dropped after the hot backup was taken?
In Oracle 10g, you can use the new Flashback Drop functionality. Simply use the following command:
FLASHBACK TABLE table_name TO BEFORE DROP;
If you are using a version prior to 10g, then your only option is to restore the database from your hot backup and roll forward just prior to the point in time the table was dropped. You will lose all database transactions since that point in time.
