Q

RMAN process ran out of memory

I am getting a problem with RMAN. I have tried to get complete database backup with the stored script. When I run the script, I get an error message. How can I solve that problem? Error message below: Problem with FULLBACKUP

Your problem lies with the ORA-4030 error. Your RMAN process ran out of memory. You didn't indicate your operating system. So you'll need to figure out how to let your processes allocate more memory. For instance, in Unix environments, this is done with the 'ulimit' command.
