Problems installing Oracle9i ODBC in Win2000

I am having problems installing Oracle9i Client ODBC in Windows 2000 PC with P4 processor. The error is "Permission Denied."

In order to install Oracle software on a Windows machine, it is advisable that the user installing the software has Administrative rights on that machine. Sign in as a user with administrative privileges and you shouldn't have any problems installing the software.
