I need help. I'm trying to download the Oracle database from this Web site: http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/oracle9i/htdocs/winsoft.html. I downloaded the Disk1, Disk2 and Disk3 zip files. I already unzipped the Disk3, but for some reason Disk1 and Disk2 are giving me an error. Whenever I unzip them I get a message saying "Cannot open file: It does not appear to be a valid archive." I already tried several times but I still get an error. Can you help me?

Check that the sizes for all three downloaded files match what is posted. If they do not match, download the files again -- it is possible that the files are incomplete. If the file sizes match and you are still encountering problems, check that you are using the latest version of WinZip to unzip the files; you may need to upgrade to a newer version if you are using an older version of WinZip. If none of these suggestions resolve the problem, contact the Oracle Technology Network Web site via their support link to report the problem.
