Problem installing Oracle 10g on a standalone Windows 2000 SP4

I am trying to install Oracle 10g on a standalone Windows 2000 SP4. Every thing was fine until the step of coping database files. Although I have the tape drive on my PC, I have gotten the following message, "ORA-19583: Conversation terminated due to error ORA-00600: Internet error code, arguments: [krbrrd_bz2_ksfqrd],0,0,0,0,0,0,0 ORA-06512: AT"sys.x$dbms_backup_restore",line 4772 ORA-6512: at line 16." Do you know what's going on?
Without knowing your entire configuration, it's difficult to know what might have caused this error. I'm not sure what you're doing to copy the database files or where those files are coming from and I'm having difficulty understanding how this is an installation issue. If you have an RMAN problem, you should check compatibility between versions if you're restoring some files from RMAN that were backed up with a previous version.
