Yes, PHP will support Oracle. You can find all sorts of information on PHP's Web site, specifically:

PHP even includes some Oracle-specific extensions: There are other great sites that will give you information on PHP and Oracle. Just type the two terms into your search engine and be prepared for the number of hits you will receive.

If Oracle is not your flavor, then PHP will support any RDBMS so long as you have an ODBC driver which lets PHP connect to the database.
