backup, or you can start the database without it using these steps:
- STARTUP MOUNT (mount the database)
- ALTER TABLESPACE temp OFFLINE;
- DROP TABLESPACE temp;
- ALTER DATABASE OPEN;
- Recreate the tablespace.
