No listener error after install on XP

I completed my installation for Oracle9i on XP Home. How do I correct the error ORA_12541 TNS NO LISTENER?

You need to start the service for the TNS Listener. The service should appear in the services control panel with a name such as "OracleOraHome91TNSListener." If you used the database creation assistant (DBCA) to create the database, the listener should already be properly configured and you'll just need to start it. You may want to set the service for automatic startup so that it will automatically start each time the system is rebooted.
