I'm trying to obtain Oracle Certified Professional -- Internet Application Developer, Oracle Forms Developer Release 6/6i certification.
What other languages would you recommend to go in a package with this certification? Something like XML, Java...?

It depends on what you want to do in the future, what your strengths are and where your interests lie. Everybody's path is different. Java and XML are certainly good options to compliment the Oracle certification you're working towards. I'd suggest you take a look around the Web at sites (like http://www.certmag.com) that discuss certification. You might find some useful info on which certifications are most often held together and so on.
