I have an old Oracle folder, and I want to install it on another Oracle server. Is it possible?

The best way to install Oracle software is to install it with the Universal Installer. This is especially true for Windows platforms. Oracle on Windows sets up various registry keys. If you just copy the folder's contents to another server, it will not set up your registry. Download the software from Technet and reinstall on the new server.
