The dump file generated by either the Export utility (exp) or Data Pump (expdp) is platform-independent. So even though the source database is running on Unix, you can use the Import utility (imp) or Data Pump (impdp) to perform the import on Windows. Simply FTP the file to the destination server in binary mode and use the correct utility. Refer the your version's Utilities Guide for more information.
