How to run DBUA?

I have met all prerequisites to upgrade my DB from 8.1.7.1.0 to 9.2.0.6, following steps on part No. A96530-02. Chapter 3 says I must run 'DBUA' but I can't find it.

The Database Upgrade Assistant (DBUA) can be found in $ORACLE_HOMEbin and the executable is called dbua. The location is the same for both UNIX and Windows.
