How to determine what DDL changes have been made

How can I determine what DDL changes have been made?
Oracle does not really include native capability to track DDL changes. You can set up auditing to track certain DDL statements. In Oracle9i, you can even mine the archived redo logs to see which DDL statements were issued. Finally, Oracle does have an add-on component to Oracle's Enterprise Manager called Change Management.
