Personally, I quit worrying about specific sizing details a long time ago. I create my tablespace as a Locally Managed Tablespace with the AUTOALLOCATE allocation method. I then let Oracle manage the extent sizes for me! If I need an estimate on the size of the tables and indexes, I load a small percentage of my data (maybe 5%) and then multiply by a sufficient factor to determine how much room 100% of the data will require.
