Error loading data into target

When I was running Informatica to load data into target, I encountered this error (ORA-30036: unable to extend segment by 1024 in undo tablespace 'RS001').

Source table contains around 20 million records
2) Commit point was set for every 5 million records
3) This error has occurred when I was extraction 4613650

Why has this problem has occurred and how do I overcome it?
The error message guide says the following about error ORA-30036:

ORA-30036 unable to extend segment by string in undo tablespace 'string'
Cause: the specified undo tablespace has no more space available.
Action: Add more space to the undo tablespace before retrying the operation. An alternative is to wait until active transactions to commit.

It sounds like you need to have the size of the UNDO tablespace increased.
