Creating a back up of a Microsoft Access database

I recently had trouble creating a data backup or recovery from a Microsoft Access database. Could you please help?

A Microsoft Access database is housed entirely in one database, which typically has a ".mdb" extension. To restore this database, simply restore that file from your operating system backup. Microsoft Access does not have sophisticated backup and recovery options like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
