Consistent gets represent logical I/O (i.e. memory accesses).
Physical gets represent physical I/O (i.e. disk accesses).
Excessively high numbers of either is not good, but you should pay most careful attention to the logical I/O being consumed. Usually if you take care of logical I/O, physical I/O will also decrease.
