You'll need to find out why you cannot start the instance. There could be many reasons. So without guessing why your instance will not start, you'll have to look at your instance's Alert Log. Find your Alert Log, open it in a text editor, and see what error messages are being displayed when you try to start the instance. Those error messages are your clues to your resolution.
