Can Oracle 9i run on a Windows NT platform?

We have an Oracle 7.3.4 database running on Windows. The applications are written in D2K -- forms 4.5 are accessing this database. I want to upgrade my Oracle to Oracle 9i. I need to know whether Oracle 9i runs on the Windows NT platform and whether it supports D2K forms 4.5.
You should check the certification Matrix for 9i, but I don't think it supports Windows NT. So, you may also need to consider an OS upgrade. On the D2K and Forms issue, the certification Matrix is your best bet for those too. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the certification Matrix at the moment, but it is easy to find on Metalink under the Certify and Availability button.
