How can I add a default temp tablespace if I can't open the database?

After installing 184.108.40.206 patch, when we try to start the database we get error:
ksedmp: internal or fatal error ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qctstc2o1], ...
Current SQL statement for this session:
select value$ from props$ where name='DEFAULT_TEMP_TABLESPACE'
That's a good one, but I'd bet that Oracle already has a bug filed on it. I imagine there's an event to set to bypass the check so that you can get the DB opened, fix the problem, and then you can go back to life as normal.
Since you mentioned it, I'd recommend staying on 220.127.116.11 until we see how 18.104.22.168 behaves. I've seen lots of customers experiencing issues on 22.214.171.124, mostly related to optimizer choices and have been recommending to stay at 126.96.36.199 unless there's some very compelling reason to upgrade to 188.8.131.52. I hear that 184.108.40.206 is coming soon-ish, and is reported to be the "real" terminal patch set for 9.2.0. They said the same thing about 220.127.116.11 if I remember right.
