How can I add a default temp tablespace if I can't open the database?

After installing 220.127.116.11 patch, when we try to start the database we get error:
ksedmp: internal or fatal error ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qctstc2o1], ...
Current SQL statement for this session:
select value$ from props$ where name='DEFAULT_TEMP_TABLESPACE'
That's a good one, but I'd bet that Oracle already has a bug filed on it. I imagine there's an event to set to bypass the check so that you can get the DB opened, fix the problem, and then you can go back to life as normal.
Since you mentioned it, I'd recommend staying on 18.104.22.168 until we see how 22.214.171.124 behaves. I've seen lots of customers experiencing issues on 126.96.36.199, mostly related to optimizer choices and have been recommending to stay at 188.8.131.52 unless there's some very compelling reason to upgrade to 184.108.40.206. I hear that 220.127.116.11 is coming soon-ish, and is reported to be the "real" terminal patch set for 9.2.0. They said the same thing about 18.104.22.168 if I remember right.
